Terms and Conditions of Booking

• 25% of the booking total to be paid as a non refundable deposit upon confirmation by us that your booking has been made. If your booking has been made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival then the full amount must be paid.
• Balance of the booking total is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• £50 fully refundable breakages deposit required which will be refunded by us as soon as possible after our management company have checked the apartment. If anything is broken when you arrive please notify the management company on site immediately.
• There is a no smoking policy in the apartment. However you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
• Check in time is normally 2pm and check out time is normally 10am
• Check in times and changeover days are flexible subject to availability. If you wish to check in early or check out late please add this request to the comments section of the booking form.
• Insurance and flights must be organised seperately.
